Primary 4 have had a very exciting and busy end of term.
We had a celebration for the end of our topic - food glorious food. We have also been getting ready for our Christmas holidays.
We made our own chocolate using only 4 ingredients:
cocoa butter
cocao powder
honey &
peppermint extract
Then we watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
We took part in the Daily Miles Santa run in our Christmas jumpers.
We sang and performed our songs and poems for all the parents at the annual coffee and carols event. We worked hard to learn our words and lines and sounded like angels on the day! After, we had a lovely Christmas dinner together.
We decorated our class Christmas tree, made snowmen Christmas pictures, decorated and ate melted snowmen biscuits, made beautiful hand drawn cards with watercolour backgrounds and put together nativity story wreaths to retell the Christmas story.
We also met Santa in school. He told us he was resting his reindeers for their big trip.
We are looking forward our final school assembly of the year tomorrow and a morning of play before we break for Christmas holidays.
