We are just delighted that her Majesty, the Queen has sent Primary 3 children a wonderful surprise during the summer holidays. In May of this year, Primary 3 children independently wrote their own poems about the Queen to help celebrate her Platinum Jubilee. They decided what style of poem they wanted to use and used their own creativity to write it. They also sent beautiful portraits of her majesty that they had drawn and decorated themselves. Mrs Buchanan then sent all of their amazing work to the Queen herself for her to admire. And sure enough, we received a lovely reply from a lady-in-waiting on the Queens behalf. Well done P3, something wonderful for us to treasure.
