P7 were delighted to welcome Tara Vig into school. Tara runs a local magazine called Hightlight. Tara talked to the P7 children about all the demands of running a magazine and how they put it together. P7 showed Tara the newspapers they have been creating and Tara was very impressed.
Tara has very kindly organised a competition for the class. One lucky child in the class will have a piece of writing published in the magazine. Many thanks to Miss Thompson for organising Tara's visit.
