P5 and P6 DAIRY FOOD COUNCIL

We enjoyed a visit to school from the Dairy Council on Monday. During our session we learned about the various elements needed in our diet to keep us fit and healthy. We learned about the importance of energy sources, protein and most importantly calcium to make our bones strong. We had lots of fun rapping and taking part in exercise.

it is vitally important to have a balanced healthy diet and we are proud to be a Health Promoting School.
